You may want to do a backup of your data apps etc. I have made a quick guide HERE on how I backup and restore my apps in under 10 minutes after a data wipe

Make sure you have backed up your imei (efs). There are a number of apps that do this. Refer Themes & Apps or Original Development XDA thread for Note 4. Keep in a safe place. (If done on previous version no need to do it again if kept in safe place)

Download & place Sweet Rom V14 zip on internal or external SD Card

I used twrp recovery from HERE though cwm also works.

Do a nandroid backup of your current rom

Wipe data / factory reset (must do this if you are going from 4.4.4 to 5.0.1)

Flash Sweet ROM V14

Reboot & do a little dance, pat your head and rub your tummy at the same time while you're waiting for it to boot. Be patient as it takes a lot longer due to ART than 4.4.4 did
