1. Download the Latest ROM and Google Apps and transfer to your device
2. Reboot Device into recovery mode (TWRP is recommended)
3. Perform A Full Wipe the system, cache, data, & Dalvik cache
4. Flash the ROM
5. Then Install Google Apps
6. Install Root if you want root access in your phone
7. Reboot to system and ENJOY the Nougat Features.
